Setup Microsoft Authenticator for Office 365

Before configuring any apps for Office 365 or email you will first need to download the Microsoft Authenticator App for your mobile device.

Once you have downloaded the relevant app for your device you can follow these steps below:

Please sign into the online portal for Office 365 here: https://login.microsoftonline.com and enter the details provided for your account by the IT Technician:

If prompted to provide additional security sign in options never choose text message as this can be used by cyber criminals if they ever manage to compromise your mobile phone. If you must choose an alternative contact method always choose a secure email address instead.

Once the setup for the mobile app has been completed you can now start to install or configure your new Office365 accounts.
